This is an online service for exchanging electronic currencies (USDT, BTC, ETH, etc.) and fiat money directly to users’ bank cards. The platform supports instant transactions, a fully responsive mobile interface, and a referral system with bonuses. Users receive real-time notifications on currency rate changes and can choose the most profitable options. The standout feature is a deeply tested, conversion-optimized UX, which outperforms competitors across key efficiency metrics.

Tasks and Challenges

The biggest challenge was merging complex crypto-exchange logic with an experience simple enough for users who may be entirely new to digital currencies. We had to account for the different behaviors of verified and unverified users, banking limitations, and real-time rate fluctuations.

Building a referral program that was both motivational and abuse-resistant was also demanding. On mobile, we faced significant UX challenges, as more than 60% of users accessed the service via smartphone, yet existing competitors offered clunky and conversion-poor mobile experiences.

Solutions and Results

We designed a modular component system tailored to multiple user roles — buyer, seller, guest, and partner. A streamlined onboarding flow was implemented, skipping friction-heavy steps for unverified users while guiding verified ones through an optimized document upload process.

The referral cabinet was redesigned using a live clickable prototype and tested across three iterations. Push notifications on exchange rates were integrated with a dynamic delivery system that doubled reactivation during market surges. A/B testing significantly reduced the average exchange completion time from 97 to 61 seconds.

This is a web and mobile app designed to organize English learning for school students, combining lesson scheduling, subscription management, and progress tracking in a clear, modern interface. The app features a Skills section, where students can see what competencies they’re building, a flexible search and filter system for lessons, and intuitive daily or 5-day lesson views. The platform supports both subscriptions and one-time tickets. Mobile-first, the product offers real-time lesson notifications, responsive design, and smooth cross-device access. Its key feature is a well-validated, efficiency-driven UX, outperforming industry standards in booking flow completion time and user retention.

Tasks and Challenges

One of the main challenges was unifying user needs across three distinct roles — student, parent, and school admin — while ensuring speed, simplicity, and pedagogical value. Subscription vs. one-time lesson logic introduced significant UX tension, especially when paired with discount mechanics and trial sessions. The Skills section required clear, gamified feedback without becoming gimmicky.

Mobile behavior differed sharply from desktop, with parents primarily using phones, and teens switching between devices. Booking UX had to accommodate both fast filters and calendar-based views without losing clarity. Notifications for upcoming lessons also had to avoid being perceived as spam while ensuring relevance

Solutions and Results

We introduced modular UX paths tailored to each role — simplifying choices for parents, offering visual schedules for kids, and providing insights for admins. The Skills section used badge-style progress indicators and milestone tracking, validated through interactive prototypes.

Our subscription model was redesigned to minimize decision friction by pre-selecting most likely plans and clearly separating one-time purchases. Filters used a progressive disclosure approach, allowing quick access to key tags (level, topic, teacher, time of day).

Push notifications were timed based on behavioral data to achieve high engagement without user fatigue. A/B tests across the booking flow led to a 16% improvement in completion time compared to baseline competitors.

Tasks and Challenges

One of the main challenges was designing for multiple user roles—players, sellers, and streamers—within a single UX framework without existing templates to draw from. The limited startup budget ruled out large-scale marketing and high-production visuals, forcing the team to rely on lean solutions.

Establishing user trust in a new trading platform was especially difficult in a niche with a history of scams, while scaling the interface to support thousands of active store pages with real-time data presented performance and technical hurdles.

Solutions and Results

We applied a component-based design system that adapted flexibly to different user roles and screen sizes. To overcome marketing constraints, we recruited micro-influencers for organic growth rather than spending on paid acquisition. A trust-building system of badges and seller tiers was implemented to help users evaluate shops at a glance.

For search, we introduced a high-speed filtered search engine with cache prioritization. Finally, we optimized our backend APIs to support real-time price updates driven by supply-demand fluctuations, ensuring data was always current and reliable.

Tasks and Challenges

We had to bridge two extremes — casual users with only a few devices and professional facility managers with 50+ nodes per location. Existing platforms were often too simplistic or too technical, with little middle ground. Another key challenge was device fragmentation: integrating major brands while ensuring consistent behavior required modular logic and dynamic interface adaptation.

Notifications from safety devices (motion sensors, locks, alarms) had to be fast and context-relevant but not overwhelming. Multilingual support and accessibility for users across age groups further added to the UX design scope.

Solutions and Results

We introduced a dynamic interface that adjusts based on device volume, user type, and context (home vs. facility). Modular UX flows were built to allow granular setup for power users while maintaining clarity for casual users. Visual grouping of devices by room or floor improved navigation and trust.

Automation setup was simplified using a visual drag-and-drop logic system with pre-built templates. A performance-focused notification engine was implemented to reduce latency on safety alerts. Post-launch metrics showed reduced error rates, higher user engagement, and sharp improvements in review scores.
